This is the recipe I used for my latest batch of macaroons (the ones I showed here). I did get it off the internet but can't find it when I search now so can't credit it.

Oh yum!! today Ive just realised Macaroons are gluten free and I am SOOOO happy! Now to see if I can make them :)
