Gooey Goodness

I made these Upside Down Pineapple and Ginger Puddings for dessert last night (recipe from the Edmond's Book). They turned out perfect and tasted very nice. You could easily adapt them by using different fruit or different flavours for the cake mixture. Caramel and apple, Chocolate and pear, Walnut and coffee...the possibilties are endless.
